      Pros

      Office life (lunch, vibe team, facilities) A lot of genuinely smart and epic people Looks good on your resume Golden handcuffs

      Cons

      Politics, lead through fear & threat, lack of strategy (honestly this is the crux of it, and NO awareness of this), zero career growth, toxic positivity, blame culture & scapegoating, the fact that I’m talking to the void right now. Every 3 months we do a people pulse survey, but seems leadership are gamed on participation over results (often terrible, always ignored). Blitz scaling at its worst
