      Pros

      It's one of the best apps out there, no question. The CEO is a visionary, a great character, and an undeniably inspiring leader and individual. Great perks including meals and snacks served daily, education allowance, office parties, free alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, budget for the team to spend time together outside work, equity options, etc.

      Cons

      While change is inevitable especially with a company that is at hypergrowth, employee morale is just at an all-time low. I used to enjoy going to work because there are bright people to learn from and the energy was fun. Now, we are scared that we'll just be another company whose funds will get mismanaged, Glassdoor reviewers are hunted down, suck-ups are throwing themselves at the new management, talented people are either leaving or getting overlooked, incompetent leaders are still in position and age-old problems aren't being acted on. It's a Friday night and I used to stay for after-work socials. Now, I prefer to leave for home immediately and write a review because delivering feedback to HR would be taken as an attack.

      Pros

      work is actually fun, the perks are amazing as you can tell from all other reviews and you get the opportunity to pump out work: processes result in code being shipped super fast.

      Cons

      very hard to understand where you sit in the company and what career progression is.
