Pros
A place where you can really be yourself, sharing your interests and passions with others. People are so welcoming, they invite you to lunch, sit with you if you're on your own, but also respect your privacy if you're focusing hard on something. Work is work, and some products are cooler than others, but the people here are next level. You won't want the days to end!
Cons
Like in all things startups, I have seen a few things come through at the last minute which require people to change direction quickly. This isn't always easy. But if you have a strong team around you, they always make light of the situation, and rally together to get it done.
