      Pros

      Inclusive and supportive culture, parent-friendly, mentorship, genuinely interested in developing my personal/professional goals, lovely offices, transparent management, trusting, smart and fun colleagues, inspiring CEO. Not to mention free gym, yoga, open restaurant every day, an incredible selection of food available whenever you like, great coffee, conference budget, craft beer on tap, sponsored beer club - so many clubs, great parental leave benefits, rock climbing wall, frequent events and celebrations...

      Cons

      As with many startups, the organizational structures in place are pretty loose - this personally suits my work style, but it's not for everyone. Everyone is figuring out stuff as we grow (so fast!) and it can be hard to feel on top of it all.

      Pros

      - Everyone is super smart. - You never stop learning (we also have a very healthy pull request culture). - I've been here for 6 months and I already feel like I've been here for years. It's amazing and the week goes by quickly. - It's fast-paced, you won't get bored. - Breakfast and lunch served every day. - Monthly team activities paid for by Canva. - Work is fun and the parties go off! - Tech events are held at Canva so you have a lot of great networking opportunities. - We have an in-house bar. - Flexible work hours. - Gym, yoga, boxing memberships. - There is so much more...

      Cons

      - If you come in at around 11am you might miss out on Avocados for breakfast.

      This place shoots for the stars and doesn't seem to miss. There is no shortage of challenging work, aspirational goals and technical experts
