It's a very self driven environment, where everyone is trusted to deliver. With so much freedom and autonomy, there's an understanding that everyone keeps each other informed. Teams set their own goals and once reached, celebrate together in hilarious ceremonies. Everyone here is incredibly smart but also kind and helps each other succeed. Everyone wants to make an impact, everyday.
