Great Company Overall

Pros

The People team makes a genuine effort to support employees, with company-funded opportunities to connect with colleagues, and overall, work-life balance is respected. There are also plenty of nice-to-have perks and celebrations that boost morale when the company hits milestones. On top of that, the company places strong emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and social impact initiatives.

Cons

While those perks are appreciated, opportunities for career growth can feel limited. Company-wide goals are communicated clearly, but at times, the impact of those goals on individuals and the adjustments required aren’t always explained as clearly as they could be.

Pros

Good pay. Great coworkers. Nice office perks.

Cons

Can be slow moving. Perfection becomes the enemy of good.
