      Benefits for employees and hybrid setup

      Cons

      Wants to empower good values but the politics inside is really suffocating. They want to have people with good conduct but some people don’t have it. In line and to clarify the recent feedback the current coach for Admin Support PH SEEs doesn’t promote having the good qualities that an employee should have. This coach promotes unhealthy gossip sharing, negative treatment towards other employees, and has bad attitude.

      One of the reasons why I left the company is because of office politics is really alarming in the company. SEEs for admin support deserves a new coach that is not a down to earth, humble, bully, really embodies being a good human, and treat her co-worker like a human being.

      -Great employee benefits on day 1. Vibe and Thrive allowance, medical allowance etc -Free breakfast and lunch on-site -Hobby oriented clubs -Inclusive environment -Work-life balance is really respected here. Great people. Won't bother you if you're OOO

      Cons

      -Pretty competitive environment but the salary is average. Not above, but average. Salary increase is not that significant either. -For a big international company with high revenue and valuation, it doesn't really give much to its employee in terms of salary and incentives. They would rather give it to on-site events and in-office amenities rather than incentivize employees.
