Pros

People are at the heart of everything; whether it's employees, customers, or the wider community, the company is always thinking about how to have best, most positive impact on the people it touches.

Cons

Going too hard down the AI rabbit hole. AI certainly has its uses and applications, but sometimes it feels like a hammer in search of a nail.

Pros

Employees receive standard benefits, but there’s little that sets them apart from other companies.

Cons

Unfortunately, Canva lacks a positive and supportive company culture. There is little emphasis on teamwork, employee morale, or fostering a collaborative environment. Communication among departments feels strained, and management seems disconnected from addressing the core issues affecting staff. This has resulted in low employee engagement and a challenging workplace atmosphere.
