      Pros

      - culture and people are amazing - solid perks and benefits - authentic, casual, I've never been more myself at work - not public so still fun - lots and lots of opportunity

      Cons

      - very high expectations - intense amount of pivoting - shifting priorities and goal posts all the time - too much expectation for people to do more than what they are fairly paid - no transparency over pay, very secretive and hush hush about money culture

      Pros

      The benefits are such a comfort from your traditional corporate work. You will feel the care that they set out for their employees. You will come to work without having to spend so much, and still look forward to the end of your work. CEO and higher ups also discourage hierarchy and treats you more as a friend rather than an employee.

      Cons

      Improvement on the Customer Happiness team is much needed. Stuff like scheduling and management should be reviewed again. Growth internally is also not too big despite their encouragement. People tend to stay for years in their positions without getting the chance to change roles in different departments. Work was also non-stop for the 7.5 hours you make for our department.
