      Pros

      Very generous benefits and stock options. Lots of great colleagues with strong alignment on values and mission. Heaps of interesting problems to address.

      Cons

      Some growing pains still happening, a lot of engineering leaders are not well trained or supported for leadership which at times results in teams being unfairly punished for poor management. The expectations on staff to deliver are very high and performance reviews are quite brutal and opaque.

It’s a significant advantage that adds real value to working here. Additionally, the team is filled with highly skilled, creative, and hardworking people. Collaborating with such talented colleagues makes the work environment fun, but also encourages each other’s success.

      Cons

      Growth feels stagnant, and the opportunities for role changes seem almost nonexistent. Despite wanting to develop and explore new challenges, it’s incredibly difficult to move forward within the company. When it comes to addressing concerns or sharing how you feel, the response is often unsettling and met with false positivity. Even writing a review here already feels like I am doing something wrong.
