      Some of the leadership have inherited roles that are beyond them. It can be hard to reconcile competence with seniority when the company has grown so quickly

      Pros

      Learn efficient way of building product, everything is very standardized. Pay is high. Lots of freebies.

      Cons

      Top down priorities, the teams I were in had features requested directly by the CEO with no discussion. Sometimes high pressure to deliver, deadlines can be artificial.

      - Great food at the office - Flexible WFH policy - Above market TC - High equity growth potential - Ethics & sustainability as core values - Friendly, open & kind culture - Lots of smart folks to learn from

      - Relatively young company, expect some inexperienced management and half baked institutional knowledge - Still dealing with tech debt from early startup phase crunch periods - Untested culture and processes - is it sustainable? - Saturation of smart workers makes it harder to stand out for promotion / increased responsibility - Expect the usual fast pace and pivoting that all startups go through
