IMPORTANT ADVICE before joining: Ask for the growth framework for your role, whether all aspects are in place, and how advancement to the next level works. While the feedback culture can sometimes be good, it can also turn toxic. Coaches should also question how correct some of the feedback is. Questionable acquisitions, and also their future in doubt, could be that some fade away over time.
