Very very slow and stagnant growth especially with promotions. Their promotion system is also pretty weird because you can get a new role and have new responsibilities but won't get a salary increase. Senior management skills are also very questionable.

It can be frustrating to navigate these situations without the right guidance or understanding of the bigger picture. There's also this OSL from the A&B specialization who openly and vocally chooses to let grievances pass without addressing them, which creates an environment where issues fester and team morale suffers. It's crucial to address concerns directly, as this not only resolves problems but also shows the team that their voices are heard and valued.
