Central offices that has a very vibrant, homely atmosphere. Breakfast and lunch provided by chefs 4 times a week. Growing brand recognition, and regular improvements to the product make it an exciting company to work for.

Cons

Unclear expectations/ timelines for career progression. This can depend on your manager and your relationship with the team. Growth metrics are weighted differently by various people. Inconsistency for promotions.
