      Pros

      Canva’s product, values and people are pretty amazing. The environment is pretty chaotic and some find that a struggle, but I genuinely enjoy it. Can’t imagine working anywhere else.

      Cons

      Poor operations and processes really hold the company back from where it could be, and can put people off.

      Pros

      Really good group of people locally. Provide lunch, snacks, and everyone is invested in their work. Still getting its systems and processes in order, but I enjoy getting to help create it. The product is amazing and has a great company culture.

      Cons

      The company is located in Australia so there are some late evenings with teams out there.
