      Pros

      Everything!! The culture is great, even though I am fully remote I feel included and engaged everyday. The flexibility and work life balance is fabulous, they really walk the talk here. Really great, complex, fun problems to solve with their growth projections and crazy big goals. Feel I really get included in all the different parts of the business.

      Cons

      Nothing really! They have a flat structure which is great but also hard to know who's who in Canva with no org structures or knowing who reports to who!

      Pros

      I get to work with some of the best engineers I could hope to in my industry. The quality of work is rather high, and keeps me feeling comfortably challenged.

      Cons

      There are honestly none that I wouldn’t reasonably expect to find elsewhere (in Australia, at least). For the first time in my life, I have a job that isn’t a depressing drudge
