      Seriously though can't go past culture. The work is pretty good too. Have a good DE team, so ML engineers can focus on their specialty.

      Pros

      Amazingly supportive environment, full of friendly and smart people. The C-level team is refreshingly down to earth and very approachable. It's an exciting time to be at the company and it feels like the sky is the limit. The Sydney office is amazing, with all the perks you'd expect of a Silicon Valley-style tech company.

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly so inevitably there's some growing pains. The pace of change can sometimes be difficult to keep up with.
