      Pros

      - Work with a lot of extremely talented and humble people. - Constant learning of useful engineering topics. - Freedom & flexibility. - Huge opportunities to work on what you like and propose ideas. - Perks. Everywhere. All the time. Breakfast, snacks, "michelin-star" style lunches, beers on tap, fully stocked bar, fun company events, team bonding dinners. - Great office, full of space and awesome furniture, located in the best neighbourhood in Sydney. - Management take special care on the people that's part of the company. You won't be a number, everyone's opinion is considered, and there's no verticality at all.

      Cons

      - You have to be self-conscious with all the food & beers, or you'll gain 5 kgs like me.

      Best team in Australia executing the most amazing vision for the future of design. Don't join this company for the free lunch - join to work hard with the best in Australia.

      Teething problems with communication as the company grew though management were actively looking of ways to improve in this area.
