3yThank you for taking the time to add your feed back. I have raised the concerns around pay and culture outside London and will continue to do so. Of course, pay is a rather difficult and emotive challenge esp right now. There are many non public sector projects but sometimes skills and locations don't always line up as well as a individual employees might want. But the point to make more projects visible is a good one.
