Able to take time out for personal development. Not being asked to stay after office hours.
Cons
Increment for freshers is almost nothing, that too on an increment cycle of 1.5 years for the first year. Typical MNC with no regard to individual's technical background, let alone respect. They'll put a mechanical guy in Java Full stack and a Web developer in Data Science.
