Pros
I am reviewing Pricol technologies which was recently acquired by Altran group. Still trying to figure out the reason for the acquisition. Pros would be good pay and lot of free time to do your thing. If you are close to somebody in IT, you get all your internet filters removed and you can browse to your heart's content.
Cons
Managers are dumb heads who cannot manage projects for nuts. They do projects which college students would be ashamed of. Most of them have their base in Coimbatore, are very highly paid and would leave the company only if they are kicked out, which they actually deserve. No value for hard work or capability. If you try to innovate, they will strike you down.
