      Flexible schedule and work-from-home options. Good opportunity to enter the data field and gain initial experience.

      Cons

      Very low and non-competitive salary. Unjustified salary gaps between employees. HR is not based in Colombia, which creates delays and lack of context. Salary changes are made without employee consent, seemingly to avoid paying legal benefits. Limited to no real career growth in this role.
