Unfortunately, there is not much good to say.
Cons
The recruiters and managers will lie to you about there being plenty of possibilities during the interview. In reality, they are not able to get any deals and you are left without any interviews with customers. The management is toxic and only cares about their own numbers and income. The organization is completely detached from Capgemini in its whole and is run as a separate comapny.
