      Bad managers and policies losing talented resources

      Good options in datacom/telecom (already saturated domain)

      Cons

      - Worst policies (3 months notice period, even after being moved outside India you are forced to serve 3 months notice otherwise pay 3 months foreign salary) - Very hard time to find a Java project - Managers are arrogant - Don't evaluate the current market value for the resource. They want their employees to work for free. - Claims to have expertise in SDN, big data, IOT but actually does not have skilled resources. - Always try to fit you into some projects that does not match your skill set.

      - Flexible timings - Big sized company - A good number of great engineers still exist there

      Cons

      - Pathetic salaries/incentives and increments - Following "FrAgile" instead of "Agile" software development - Too much of "Jugaad" in everyday work life. - Sketchy vision from the CEO and top management - everything is from the perspective of making money, nobody wants to really spend in future and in building a great place to work - Too many old timers in senior positions dragging the organization down with their weight and politics

      1-Offer Good hike 2- If you completed your work early you can leave office early

      1- Company can be fire you any time 2- you will be always contract to hire roll even they offered you permanent role 3- There is no new business is comming 4- This is firing agency if you do not have firing experience you can join they will give you 5 - Senior manager's count too much they always need some person who is in the bench so they can give your name in firing list as they have no project work but this work they have 6- New employee name will be preferred in firing list 7- As most of the
