Aricent Cisco TAC project is only meant for people who have passion for networking.

Cons

night shifts but no incentive. No involvement of HR as they will be working in morning shift. If you are joining as a trainee better you leave the job after an year if you are not getting converted to N1.

Dam good environment ...with very fine type of projects..making a career goal ..a very good option to go with. Aricent ! A dream n a good job.

I didn't have any, because I didn't find any.. However one thing which is good but I find it something belongs to cons is..sometime they expect more of you.😥
