As Altran works as vendor, constant fight to get in project which has funding. Situation is tough as hiring recruiter or people who know there is need for people for a new project do not know who is available within company. Cold shoulder and no followup after completion of successful interview with client. Altran has acquired many companies and each has it's own HR/Management. They fight on who gets money/share of pie.

The Sales team has a complete inability to close projects that result in interesting work for the engineering teams. They only care about putting bodies onsite for short projects. You are better off working for a contract agency. That's all that Altran has turned into.
