Pros
As long as contract is there, they respect and make you work. Payment is on time. HR gets involved to support administration issues
Cons
Very less pay to employees and not even a welcome lunch/dinner or yearly bonus gift. No perks. Just annual salary and once contract is over, they leave you on road.
