- For a project manager is a good place to learn the best practices

Cons

Too many different interests between the units of the company, which sometimes lead to some management problems. As a project manager you are allways between the interests of the operations management and the Project Management office, and sometimes is very difficult to manage

Cons

Lower salaries compared to similar functions on non consulting companies. Going through integration with Cap Gemini group may be an opportunity or risk.
