      Underpaid. body rental to clients; clients rule the external people as they owe them. poor management; keeping the consultants in the black most of the times

      Pros

      You have the chance to learn a lot because you can work on different areas. the company gives you trainning courses for free. There also lot's of activities so we can be in touch with other employees.

      Cons

      Working as a consultant, most of the times you work on customer house, so you might be a little forgiven. Felling like you just a number to the company. Also you need to travel and never knows where can you be tomorrow.
