      - Work involves coding and not use of entirely automated software generated codes. - Work environment is good - Technical skills get developed , you learn new things

      Cons

      - Sometimes the profile you want to work on is not an option for you - No commute facilities provided/ quite far away located office in Gurugram - Less amount of leaves/ only annual leaves no sickness or casual leaves - DO not expect anything from appraisal
