if you want to put your brain to rest, if you want to just do manager's task, excel sheets
Cons
Just a low tier company utilizing Capgemini's brand value, no good projects even if they are you'll be asked to work on altogether different, obsolete, monotonous technologies, once you get hired you'll get to know your role has different expectations than what you had been interviewed for, they'll put you on to random technical trainings and ask you to complete just to build pressure... they don't follow any work ethics either all the formal conversations happen over phone calls but when they have to escalate you for no reason, it will be on mails!!
