      Pros

      Good expose to different clients, different work environments.

      Cons

      In house projects are rare. They will hire you first and then, schedule an interview to clients, if you do not clear interview at client location, then you will be on bench and slowly out of office. I am not saying it is companies mistake, but it is for people joining randomly because of immediate hikes, please look into this.

      depends on manager work life balance will be good. hardly we will be in Altran office. most of the time we work in client place only.
