Benchmark company for comparing worstness
Pros
I don't see as of now but good for those who want pass their time instead working. Company offers a better work-life balance for such people.
Cons
1. Two big mergers in a span of 2 years. Company has lost its core value, doesn't have any proper vision or mission. 2. Frequent policy changes which affect hike and promotion cycles. 3. Too much politics. Getting a good hike or a promotion is a tedious task. 4. Doesn't care about employees a bit. Company is way too much concerned at cost cutting which can be seen at lowest levels of the company. For instance, a. You won't find any tissues in the bathroom before 8am and after 6pm. b. Gives some extremely cheap quality hand sanitizers which literally produces some dirty substance when you rub them on your hands. c. Single copy of 5 different news papers for a 5 floor office. d. Low quality food at the cafetaria and poor coffee machines in pantries. e. No stock of notebooks or pens in the stationary for over 3 months.
