Worked in Cisco TAC project with lot of learning opportunities If you are capable of self learning then there is no stopping Good appraisals

Cons

Management does not change teams even if employees have requested them multiple times Lot of politics and boot licking Managers are least concerned if employees bring any issues to them Management takes it personally if you are not friendly with them which affects your career growth Lot of small useless process related stuff that is totally unnecessary which is not needed as this is not a BPO but a TAC
