- Awesome people (in my experience). - Great learning experience. Got chance to work on some jaw dropping technologies. - Great clients to work with. - Flexible timing. - Easy going atmosphere. - Evening snacks. Lots of pros and cons depends on Manager you are getting. I was lucky to have great one.

Cons

- Talented people are leaving the company. - Paid commute service. - Compensation is low for freshers. Still better than other IT service companies.

One of the best networking companies for a fresher to start a career in datacom domain

Weekend off policy, Salary as a fresher was decent and good. Good training for freshers initial 3 months at gurgaon/chennai. Learning about the datacom domain and technologies was quick and good. Good work place and culture to work. There is work life balance. Again it depends on the project that we are involved in.

Cons

Branding of the company can be even more focussed. Less onsite opportunities
