      1. Very flexible in process, Policies & benefits 2. Aligned to market standards as per need / demand 3. PMS & Salary cycles are as per defined timelines - NO DELAY 4. Huge focus on employee engagement / initiatives / programs 5. Very good work life balance 6. Very good Reward & Recognition program (360 degree approach) 7. Support functions / Business enabler teams - very co-operative (HR, Finance, Payroll, Admin, Marketing, Security etc..) 8. Excellent leadership - Very transparent & Approachable (Flat hierarchy)

      Cons

      1. No transport facility (To & Fro) - Only late nigh cabs & shuttle available 2. Variable component percentage is on CTC, so the huge amount is blocked with company which demotivates employee
