Bad management. Toxic work environment. Bad Cab facility. Very far inside the city( Sohna Road). Very strict policies. Very less pay. No job satisfaction. No perks or bonuses.

Good job mates as everybody is in the same situation.

Cons

Consultants don't feel valued by managers so the good ones leave the company asap when they notice where they are, only incompetents stay. They won't call you or ask you how are you unless they need you for something else. No pay rises at all. You will earn your initial salary until the day you leave your position.
