      Notice period very Hight not two way same rules

      No encourage by managers and no outings

      Cons

      Please think before joining notice period is three months and if company wants to send you they can pay only 3months basic only not 3months salary. My advice is think thrice before joining.... Not much great company in terms of individuals growth each promotion requires you to spend 4yrs or more

      It is now 6.5 months Since Altran-Saudi Arabia Employees have been paid

      Hard to think of one when we haven't been paid in 6.5 months.

      Cons

      Altran - Saudi Arabia has not paid their Saudi Arabian employees in 6.5 months. 6.5 months. Can you believe that? Altran - Saudi Arabia says that since the government is not paying them they will not pay the employees. Not what do the employees have to do with that? The agreement the employees have is NOT with the Saudi Government but with Altran. What a disaster.
