If you can get on with management and listen to their needs and demands..it can be a good place to work, it's salary is slightly better than it's competitors.
Cons
- Bad management. - Favortism - Criticality more important than your performance - Little support from HR. One gets a feeling that anything your share with 'em it gets communicated to Management
