      Changing policies in lines of other service companies.

      Since the restructuring, Aricent is not the same as it used to be 5 years back. High attrition rate is clearly visible.

      Pros

      Good place to start the career, ample opportunity to learn and grow. Strong employee retention policies.

      Cons

      It is expected out of every engineer to deliver the result as quick as possible. But this would not be valid for Managers deliverable to engineers.
