Pros
Work culture is excellent. Decent to good career opportunities depending on the project we are in. Flexible timings is an added advantage. Gives good importance for Personal development
Cons
Salary is less when compared to industry standards which fall in same cadre. No work from home option which results in late night stays at office. We gain more of product knowledge when compared to technical which is a disadvantage for our personal growth and limits our career opportunities in future.
