Good for those interested in telecommunication and datacom.. Not much companies to compete with aricent in telecommunication space so not affected by down trend in the IT sector. No dress code. ..

Cons

Domain are narrow,moving out and find job may be difficult...

learning and experiance get parallely, standard compensation for fresher. And last but not the least , Nalanda trainning center of Aricent is best other co. training center.

Cons

have some branches of Aricent in India. so many fresher can't get job in Aricent who really want to learn something in the selfish world.
