      To gain expertise at what you do along with a great work life balance and your enjoyable moments at office along with the good career growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Low package when compared to similar work in other companies of same stature, and minimal perks and incentives for the employees makes it difficult to save a good some of money periodically.

      Pros

      Learning is good in certain projects. For someone who is going to start their career it is a good place to learn stuff. Flexible timings and friendly people.

      Cons

      Aricent has transformed products to services in big way. Lack of vision from management level. Employee satisfaction is never taken in to account. Growth is at a snail's pace at least for first 3-4 years.

      - Ok salary - Flexible timings - HR team supportive

      Cons

      -Sr mgmt (Delivery Managers) have no idea of what they are doing. -Hiring for the sake of hiring and if you do not get billed (they may layoff) especially automotive division - Ruthless managers without self respect and will not allow you to do any work - Managers are wasting companies time and resources - They do not have any internal projects but they boast of having lot of projects in pipeline. (be careful this is trap )so that they can show some bench resources.
