even salary has becom worse there some great minds to work with. getting benifit of being located in NCR

lot of favourtism no work life balance ctc means ctc:- no other benifits lot of boot lickings bleak future incompetent managers sucks employees in the name of performance cycle no help from HR team

Good salaries when you come in, Health care insurance and works council, A lot of training available, Good relationships with the HR & Managers.

Cons

Not any opportunities to grow within the company, neither increasing of salary, even if you are doing a good job or remain in the company for few years. As a consultant, it's hard to feel inside the company.
