- Continuous training and education. - Work/life balance is good.

Cons

- Salaries are way under market standard. - Only the legal minimum of vacation days. - When you're on a project at a customer there is next to no connection with Altran.

Almost nothing, Altran is not a company that I would recommend to a friend. Unfortunately, here in Italy, companies like Altran are lucky cause they are used by product-based companies to train new graduates.

Cons

No career opportunities; incompetent management; out-of-market salaries; no respect for the work done by employees; lack of meritocracy; what else??
