everything, I have never seen an organization which harasses its employee like this. There was a time where Aricent was known for its employee friendly nature, but now a days it is pathetic.

I joined this company second time because i always have faith in this company. i left it for the first time because projects were not good and company was not doing good. I joined again with a hope and believe that this company is good for technical people but this is what i experienced. 1) As soon as i joined, people started telling me you have taken a wrong decision 2) No one was friendly. everyone was looking out for blames 3) No etiquette and Business sense. i have seen worst managers here who cannot talk. 4) Only Negativity in atmosphere. people shout at each other. 5) in my 2 months span of time, i resigned twice. left organization because ppl insult senior ppl. 6) you opinion is not counted because already lot of old idiots are in office. 7) HR is puppet, i have to HR to discuss my issues instead no help and suggestion.
