Pros

No best reasons at all, any other VLSI services company is better than this Company.

Cons

Client projects are very less, 3 Months Notice period(it's a Big game), Very less packages compared to others, Single digit Hikes, No proper pay roll structure, You don't even know how they are deducting the money from Your pocket. No proper Managers, all managers are treating Employees like machines, there will be no proper response from Manager level If You raise a concern. I don't know what these Managers think about themselves. Totally This is stupid company for VLSI.

Pros

None except flexible timings and some say free snacks.

Cons

Company is loosing all their clients and management has no reason for this. Worst management, Fake HR policies, no salary benefits and increment, Severe Politics, No professionalism.

Too many problems to make it worthwhile company to join

Pros

A few of the executives are great to work with. Also, in general most people want to do the right thing, but becomes challenging and hard to make a positive impact.

Cons

Too many politics and people at the top (minus a select few) who are more focused on steering the CEO for personal gain than focusing on what is best for the company. The company is struggling to stay relevant and cannot decide if they want to sell what was relevant 3 years ago or invest in what is needed for the future. This is rapidly catching up with the company and fear it is too late to fix it. The CEO needs to get rid of the 'bad blood' in order to save more good people from exiting the business. There is a clear line of divide, it as though there are two polar opposite company cultures. Also if you not part of the 'club' it will make it near impossible to get your job done.
