they have client they pay without working i worked some project for year but hardly get one month work before new CEO work environment was too good even DM

Cons

GEO CEO's discuss employee's body odors and opening car door with shoulder and to convince employee they conduct meeting in 5 star hotel you need to beg for work every time and you need to sent mail "give me work" rewards only goes to close friend of DM they tell innovative if you join this company you lose you skills by sitting ideal dont worry they even though you out of company by lottery

Different projects in multiple sectors possible, potentially interesting assignments, ideal to gather experience after university, young & dynamic atmosphere, some freedom in job execution

Cons

No growth potential for senior consultants (job content, financial), senior input not valued, no vision on innovation or project approach to sales, mainly bodyshopping, managers are sales guys

Pros

Good opportunities will be there for the people who are ready to work as Consultants at product companies

Cons

Salary - Though they show the salary higher, most of it will be contributed to CIP (Company Incentive Plan). This is linked to personal performance and company business performance. This is NOT bonus but this is calculated as bonus. This is paid every 6 months and if some one leaves the company in between this is not paid. Growth - Only Best Performers get promotions. As soon as one gets promotion, irrespective of the promotion the rating will be demoted and one needs to start from low to get higher rating. This is followed all over the company.
