      Flexible Work timings, Good paymasters, Casual environment, Friendly employees, Internal job postings so that you can change a project anytime

      Cons

      bad increments , review process is lengthy and sometimes biased,very strict heirarchy, vacation time restricted and have to take the consent of manager for even a sick leave.

      1) Good work life balance 2) You can really learn and grow under good managers if you got one else you will ruin your career.

      Cons

      Used to be good company for freshers as well as experienced persons but now its not the case considering current situation of the company and higher management. 1) Average Salary 2) Lot of mismanagement because of higher management people. 3) Efficient people are leaving company and inefficient are getting promoted. 4) No new projects most of employees are either on bench or serving notice.
