1. Its a best place for learning ad growing. 2. Package is good. Work culture is also good. 3. Having many projects in telecom. so we can easily mapped when one project is closed. 4. Providing free eve-snacks is a good thing

1. Few project insists to work late at night. Late night delivery of image yield tester to stay late and have to complete the sanity kind of work. 2. Very less on-site opportunity
